As a Listing Officer, your primary responsibility is to create and maintain accurate and engaging listings for Tempo Africa properties.
Major Responsibilities
• Property Assessment: Inspect properties to gather details about amenities, layout, location, and other features to create accurate listings.
• Listing Creation: Write detailed and appealing descriptions of the property, including amenities, nearby attractions, and other relevant details. You may also be responsible for taking high-quality photos of the property.
• Pricing Analysis: Analyze the local real estate market to determine pricing strategies for the property, including nightly rates and cleaning fees.
• Communication: Communicate with property owners to ensure their listings are up-to-date and that all necessary information is provided to guests. You may also communicate with guests to answer questions and resolve issues.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues that arise during their stay.
• Marketing: Develop marketing strategies to promote properties and increase bookings. This may include advertising on social media, creating promotional materials, and reaching out to travel influencers.
• Data Analysis: Monitor bookings and track trends to identify areas for improvement in pricing, listing creation, and customer service.
• Compliance: Ensure that all listings comply with local laws and regulations, and that all necessary permits and licenses are obtained.
Qualifications
• To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
• You should also have a solid understanding of the Tanzania real estate market and the travel industry.
